Often thought of as a chief rival of the award-winning cryptocurrency sportsbook, Stake, BC.Game definitely goes head-to-head with that, and other rivals in the Indian online sports betting sector. Renowned for supporting over two dozen markets (not to mention over 7,500 casino games), BC.Game Sports is a giant, offering you almost everything you’d want in a betting site.

Before you fall head over heels in love, though, allow me to bring you down to earth with a reality check. BC.Game isn’t your run-of-the-mill Indian sportsbook. At the same time, you don’t have to use it, BC.Game features its own in-house currency, bonuses can be locked in BCD (its currency) until cleared, and there are other one-of-a-kind elements to consider that you might not see elsewhere. With that in mind, join us as we reveal all in this BC.Game Sports review for India.

Pros:

  • The Event Builder covers quite a few options
  • BC.Game has its own currency, the BC Dollar
  • Payouts at BC.Game are lightning fast
  • BC.Game is very open to Indian rupee-based action

Cons:

  • The welcome bonus is confusing for beginners
  • It only has a Comoros-issued license
  • Odds could be more competitive

BC.Game is more of an online casino than a true sportsbook, so I wasn’t really surprised to see that it wasn’t packed to the brim with sports bonuses. Even so, there are still quite a few deals to be had when playing there if you like tournament gameplay or weekly offers. However, there are a few caveats, so I’ll explain them to you as simply as I can, starting with the welcome bonus – or rather, both of them?

Straight off the bat, there’s confusion about playing at BC.Game. Head over to the lobby, and it advertises a welcome bonus worth $20,000 for use in both its sportsbook and casino site. However, the bonus isn’t in US dollars. Instead, it is in BCD – BC.Game’s in-house currency. Throughout “most” of this review, when you see the dollar sign, I am typically referring to BCD, not USD. Moreover, it remains locked in until you unlock the offer. Every $500 you wager (including in INR) unlocks $1 in your BCD bonus.

Clearing those playthrough rates in time would be something of a tall order to achieve within 7 days or even a month, the deadlines you often get given at these sites. Here’s the good news – BC.Game’s welcome bonus has no expiration date – you can take as long as you want with it. There are no visible playthrough rates, either, as you’re unlocking the bonus as you go.

Now this is where things get confusing. There is a second welcome bonus, and this one is specifically tied to sports. It cannot be used on casino games – it seems.

With this offer, you’ll receive four match bonuses and four sets of free bets when you make a qualifying deposit each time, like so:

  • First Deposit: 80% Match Bonus up to ₹94,540.82 + 5 Free Bets.
  • Second Deposit: 80% Match Bonus up to ₹94,540.82 + 5 Free Bets.
  • Third Deposit: 60% Bonus up to ₹94,540.82 + 5 Free Bets.
  • Fourth Deposit: 60% Bonus up to 60% match bonus up to ₹94,540.82 + 5 Free Bets.

Unlike the initial offer, this one isn’t unlockable. It has conventional 30x rollover requirements. Free bets must be used on ACCAs with selections with odds of 1.50 or higher. Winnings from free bets are capped at $50, while the maximum bet you can make using the bonuses is $1,000 per wager.

Clearly, there are two welcome bonuses to choose from. I’m partial to the more conventional (four-tier deposit offer) personally, but you’re free to choose, which is great, even if there will be a great deal of confusion for newbies.

The two welcome bonuses are arguably the cream of the crop at BC.Game Sports. Most of the other offers are random, sporadic, or tied to your activity. Even so, I’ve taken a look at two of the more long-term offers, and VIP scheme and explained them below.

  • Football Tournament: Bet on the top footy leagues at BC.Game to win a share of $10,000. Place combo bets on pre-match, in-play options (worth at least $3 with minimum odds of 1.50), and you could end up one of the 111 players who will win a free bet from a total prize pool of $10,000.
  • Weekly Sports Bonus: Wager $500 or more, and you could receive up to $1,000 in bonuses. This offer is only open to VIP (Level 22+) members. When you wager $500, you’ll receive a $5 bonus. Splash the cash and bet up to $250,000 to receive the full $1,000 bonus. Clearly, this offer is aimed at the high-rollers amongst you.
  • VIP Club: The VIP club at BC.Game spans the casino and sportsbook alike. You’ll climb its rungs by playing games, and rewards include instant cashback, reload bonuses, gameplay offers, top player bonuses, access to VIP events, your own dedicated VIP host, and other benefits, including higher weekly sports bonuses, as mentioned.
  • Referral Bonus: Convince a friend to join you at BC.Game and receive $1,000 referral rewards, as well as 25% commission every time your friend deposits to play.

BC.Game is arguably more of a casino than a sportsbook. At least, that’s how I found it. Don’t get me wrong, there are dozens of sports markets, with thousands of daily selections. However, the odds aren’t quite comparable or favourable compared to what you’d get at bona fide sportsbooks. BC.Game is capable of competing with similar crypto sportsbooks like Stake, though. You can learn more about Stake and its odds in our Stake sportsbook review.

Over 40 markets are supported, including obscure ones. However, it is the mainstream markets that support the most conventional betting options, including:

BC.Game supports live, in-play betting but live streaming isn’t its forte. While live streaming of selected traditional sports is possible, especially when it comes to table tennis and volleyball, streaming of major sports matches isn’t common. Expect to see live match trackers with 2D interfaces for major cricket and football events.

However, live streaming is possible with eSports bets. As they are streamed directly from Twitch or YouTube, there aren’t the same issues with rights. Just look for a little “TV icon” next to the live, in-play bet to access its live stream. Live streaming typically requires you to be signed in and possibly have a positive balance.

As a major Indian sportsbook, BC.Game naturally offers early cashout options. I found that it is predominantly available for selected pre-match and mainly live, in-play betting options. Look for the cash out button to confirm that it is available. The dynamic pricing made available with this option is generally fair, and BC.Game actually supports partial cash-out if that interests you.

One of the reasons why I don’t think BC.Game is a sportsbook before it is a casino is its lack of betting options. Yes, there is a great Event Builder that allows you to put together some rather creative accumulators and parlays, but there isn’t much in the way of more adventurous options.

If I think about how PuntIt has Lucky Dip options, and Dafabet supports special handicaps, it’s disappointing to say that you won’t get any of that at BC.Game. On the upside, you do get to bet in cryptocurrencies, and can select decimal, fractional, American, Hong Kong, Indonesian, and Malaysian odds, just like at BC.Game’s counterparts.

BC.Game is such an extensive betting site that it supports its own cryptocurrency, known as BC Dollar or BCD. It has a value of 1 BCD = $1, but you aren’t required to use it. You can use your internal wallet to swap your INR balance for BCD (or vice-versa), and that’s handy if you want to play with Western-style wagers instead of Indian rupees.

Of course, while BC.Game is predominantly a cryptocurrency sportsbook; it also accepts Indian rupees. Let’s look at the primary deposit (and withdrawal) options next, as well as the key details surrounding topping up your balance and cashing out your winnings.

Obviously, we have to make a special mention of the cryptocurrency options at BC.Game, as there are so many of them to consider. While well over 50 cryptocurrencies are supported (some claim as many as 150, but I couldn’t verify that), the primary options include:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Ethereum (ETH)
  • Litecoin (LTC)
  • Dogecoin (DOGE)
  • Ripple (XRP)
  • Cardano (ADA)
  • Polkadot (DOT)
  • Tether (USDT)
  • USD Coin (USDC)
  • Dai (DAI)
  • Solana (SOL)
  • Tron (TRX)
  • Binance Coin (BNB)
  • Polygon (MATIC)
  • and the site’s in-house token, the BC Dollar (BCD)

You can choose to deposit with Indian rupees or purchase cryptocurrencies outright from BC.Game using a middleman like MoonPay. Generally speaking, INR-friendly deposit options are available at BC.Game start at just ₹100 when using a fast UPI transfer via a QR code. More common limits range from ₹500 to ₹1,000.

There are no fees on INR deposits, and while each deposit method has its own upper limits, these tend to reach heights of anything from ₹20,000 up to ₹100,000 per transaction. Cryptocurrency deposits can take up to 15 minutes, and may include network charges and fees of 2% or thereabouts.

I rapidly discovered that I could make withdrawals using INR and cryptocurrency. For Indians, IMPS and UPI withdrawals have floors of ₹1,000, but the upper ceilings vary wildly, from ₹50,000 with UPI to ₹1,00,000 with IMPS. BC.Game’s crypto transactions effectively have no limits, but there are network fees, while INR cashouts are free from added charges.

If speedy cashouts are important to you, you’ll want to use Bitcoin, Tether or other cryptocurrencies, as they are processed within 20 minutes. Other methods can take up to 24 hours, which is still impressive compared to rival Indian sportsbooks, though.

While it is possible to withdraw small sums of cryptocurrencies without clearing the KYC process at BC.Game, ordinarily, you’re going to need to do so. I found that this is especially true if you try to process INR withdrawals when your Aadhaar or PAN card is required.

  1. Log in and navigate to the Wallet section
  2. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw
  3. Enter the withdrawal amount and your external wallet address
  4. Confirm the transaction

Available methods: Bitcoin, Tether (USDT), Ethereum, Litecoin, Tron, Dogecoin, Cardano, Solana, and 100+ other cryptocurrencies. VISA, Mastercard, UPI, and bank transfer are also available for fiat deposits.

Processing times:

  • Cryptocurrencies: 5 minutes to 1 hour (extremely fast)
  • Fiat methods: 1 to 3 business days

Note: BC.Game is primarily a crypto platform. While fiat deposits are supported, crypto withdrawals are significantly faster and are the recommended option.

BC.Game is licensed by the Autonomous Island of Anjouan (Comoros Islands). While this is not as well-known as a Curaçao or Malta licence, BC.Game has built a strong reputation in the crypto betting space since its launch in 2017, with a large and active community of users worldwide.

BC.Game is a crypto-first platform, which means it operates differently from traditional sportsbooks. Its in-house currency (BCD – BC Dollars) is used for bonuses and rewards, and the platform supports over 100 different cryptocurrencies for deposits and withdrawals.

At StrikeOdds, we tested BC.Game’s registration, deposit (via Bitcoin), sports betting, and withdrawal process. Crypto transactions were notably fast, and the platform performed well. We consider BC.Game to be a safe option for Indian players who are comfortable with cryptocurrency-based betting.

To ensure a smooth experience for local bettors, our BC.Game sports review for India highlights that the platform offers support in Hindi, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, and, of course, English. These options are available via a 24/7 live chat service, but community blogs, a Telegram channel, social media pages, and email support also present you with other methods of getting assistance.

While BC.Game is only licensed from the Comoros Islands, and that isn’t a super heavy regulator, it is worth pointing out that many rival crypto sportsbooks aren’t licensed at all, so I’ll give credit where it is due. BC.Game is also a member of the Crypto Gambling Foundation, and, if you’re interested in its RNG casino games, it is iTech Labs-certified and Provably Fair.

BC.Game shows a keen interest in ensuring that you stay safe when betting on its sports. For starters, it encourages you to set caps and limits on what you deposit and spend. Secondly, it has partnered with Gambling Therapy, GamCare, and Gamblers Anonymous, which is great if you run into trouble and need their support. Personally, there’s enough in this department to make me believe that BC.Game wants to avoid problem gamblers, which shows they care.

BC.Game has a mobile app, and there’s a very good reason you might want to consider using this app. Not only is the app compatible with both iOS and Android devices, but it also offers you a bespoke bonus when you download it. Yes, you can claim $50 in rewards when making use of BC.Game’s app. The bonus is credited in your Rakeback account, though. In other words, it is paid in BCD and requires unlocking.

I strongly recommend that you familiarise yourself with the in-house currency, BCD. Many of the promotions are locked in BCD. It has a direct value (one-to-one) with the US dollar, so it’s not tricky to wrap your head around, but I recommend learning how to convert INR to BCD and vice versa. It will make things easier. That said, you shouldn’t have to do that, as I’ll explain next.

Whenever this reviewer uses the dollar sign, he’s generally referring to BCD, which is the default in-house currency that BC.Game tends to publish its bonuses and rates in. This currency is, of course, tied to the US dollar. While it is annoying that BC.Game doesn’t always showcase everything in Indian rupees (considering they are catering to an Indian audience), this BC.Game sports review for India India recommends that every time you see the $ sign, just think of the equivalent in INR. Believe me, not having all their values in Indian rupees has hurt this site’s score and rating.

BC.Game is a world-class online casino, and as our BC.Game sports review India concludes, it is a better-than-average online sportsbook for those looking for crypto-native betting. I won’t go out and say that BC.Game is the best sportsbook that I’ve covered at StrikeOdds. It isn’t, and it has some issues that could easily be fixed. However, if you’re looking for an Indian betting site that accepts cryptocurrencies, is safe and trustworthy, and that has one of the best online casinos attached to it, then BC.Game is a serious contender.

BC.Game runs one of the largest crypto casinos accessible to Indian players alongside its sportsbook, with thousands of slots, original BC Originals titles, and live dealer tables. Our BC.Game Casino review covers the casino offering in depth, and we include BC.Game in our broader online casinos ranking for Indian players.
